After years of growing the Donor Experience Summit in New York, Fundraise Up wanted to bring the experience closer to their customers. Instead of asking nonprofit leaders to travel, they created a new regional event series designed to meet people where they are.
We partnered with the Fundraise Up team to reimagine what made the flagship summit so special in a more intimate, one-day format—creating space for meaningful conversations, practical learning, and genuine connection.

Helped launch the very first event in Fundraise Up's new regional series
Produced a welcome dinner, one-day conference, and happy hour that encouraged attendees to connect before, during, and after the program
Found venues and local partners that reflected the character of Chicago while supporting the flow of the event
Added thoughtful moments throughout the day, including a custom Fundraise Up flower bar where attendees could build a bouquet to take home
Managed every moving piece behind the scenes so the Fundraise Up team could focus on their customers
